InterArt Sciences Convention Application

Thank you for choosing to join the InterArt Science Convention (IAC), we are thrilled and look forward to having you on board !!

Kindly go through the requirements below before filling in the application.

REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN

To participate in IAC, school clubs must meet the following requirements:

Elect Leadership

○ President: A student president must be elected to act as the liaison between the

school and IAC. Their responsibilities include coordinating mentoring sessions, organizing speaker visits, and managing communication about the IAC Convention. The club may assign additional duties to the president as needed.

○ Vice President: A vice president must also be elected to manage and maintain accurate records of the club's expenditures. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the club.

Appoint a Teacher Supervisor

○ The club must have a teacher supervisor who ensures the club adheres to both

school regulations and IAC guidelines. The teacher will also oversee the club’s

overall conduct.

Complete and Submit the Online Form

○ Fill out the IAC application form online.

○ Once an IAC official visits the school, the form must be signed by the school’s

principal or vice principal, the club’s designated officials, and the IAC official.

Each party will retain a copy of the signed agreement.

Adhere to Communication and Preparation Guidelines

○ IAC will provide all necessary information, including key dates, application forms, event entry forms, and other related materials, well in advance to ensure clubs have sufficient time to prepare and practice.

5. Funding Allocation
○ Funding will be sent directly to the school and entrusted to either the president or

vice president of the club for proper management. IAC IAI
